We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Broadcom’s AiOps and NetOps platforms. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to deploy, configure, and optimize these solutions, ensuring seamless IT operations and robust network management in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and manage Broadcom AiOps and NetOps platforms.
  • Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor IT performance and network health.
  • Integrate AiOps and NetOps tools with existing ITSM and NOC frameworks.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams on Broadcom technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AiOps and NetOps technologies to recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Broadcom AiOps and NetOps solutions (formerly CA Technologies).
  • Strong understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Network Operations Center (NOC) processes.
  • Expertise in AI-driven analytics, automation, and anomaly detection tools.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure monitoring, and fault management.
  • Experience integrating Broadcom tools with platforms such as ServiceNow, Splunk, or others.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.
  • Experience with APIs, scripting, and custom integration development.
